On 11 February 2019, Igor Iankovskyi Foundation and Ukrainian State Film Agency organized and successfully held the Second Business Lunch for Ukrainian and foreign film producers as part of the Co-Production Market at the world’s greatest 69th Berlin Film Festival.
The fifth anniversary festival of short films Civic Projector hosted annually with the financial and organizational support of the Igor Iankovskyi Foundation, Initiative for the Future, was held in Mykolaiv.
On February 18, 2018 Igor Iankovskyi Foundation and Ukrainian State Film Agency for the first time in Ukraine’s history have organized and successfully held business lunch for Ukrainian and foreign film producers as a part of Co-Production Market, world's largest 68th Berlin Film Festival.
On November 6, 2017, an art exhibition of the winners of the Children's Drawings Competition "Ukraine through children eyes" was opened at the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, which was held by the Igor Iankovskyi All-Ukrainian Charity Foundation "Initiative for the Future" for 5 years.
Film training in innovative marketing, films distribution methods with the participation of experts from four European countries was held jointly with Film Industry Association of Ukraine and Igor Iankovskyi All-Ukrainian Charity Foundation “Initiative for the Future” with the support of the Ukrainian State Film Agency. More than 400 Ukrainian filmmakers, producers, distributors, directors of cinemas, marketers participated in the training. The main goal of the training is to deepen participants’ knowledge of international marketing, sales, distribution and use of innovative strategies in film industry.
For the fourth consecutive year with the support of the Igor Iankovskyi Charity Foundation "Initiative for the Future", the Film Festival "Civic Projector" was held in Mykolaiv. According to the results of the festival, the award winners went to three different cities of Ukraine - Cherkasy, Odessa and Kharkiv.
For the third consecutive year, the Ukrainian economy expects a long way to recover. Against the background of the war, the dominance of corruption, the crisis of the banking system, the loss of traditional markets, and the restructuring of the economy, GDP growth within the 1-2% seems rather substantial. According to the forecasts of the International Monetary Fund, in 2017 the GDP of our country will be able to recover by another 2.5%.
This event was organized jointly by the Association of the Ukrainian Film Industry and the Igor Iankovskyi Charity Foundation "Initiative for the Future", the event will be held with the support of the Ukrainian State Film Agency. Filmmakers, producers, distributors, directors of cinemas, marketers are invited to participate in the training. The main goal of the training is to deepen participants' knowledge of international marketing, sales, distribution and use of innovative marketing strategies, and the creation and promotion of the audience.
The summer is over, but the bright impressions of the summer holiday will happy the long time to the young winners of the All-Ukrainian Children drawing contest "UKRAINE – THE EARTH OF TALENTS", who had a rest on the vacation in the wonderful children's camp "Artek-Bukovel". Having won prizes, our young talents received honorary awards from the Igor Iankovskyi Charity Foundation "Initiative for the Future" - not only the art sets, but also the holiday packages for children's summer camp in the Carpathians.
For the second year in a row, Igor Iankovskyi National Charity Foundation in cooperation with NGO “National organization for IDPs” provides recreational vacations for young citizens of Ukraine, who found themselves in the conflict zone of Eastern Ukraine and the Crimea and have the status of the Internally Displaced Persons. Due to the financial support of Igor Iankovskyi Charity Foundation “Initiative for the Future”, on the 14th of July 2017 the first group of 45 children aged from 7 to 15 years kick-started their journey to children’s camp “ZMINA”, situated in Borodianskyi district of Kyiv region. The next turn starting from the 10th of August will accommodate one more group of 45 children.
